- Big Horn Bookkeeping LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

- Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to the terms of any engagement agreement.
